Analysis & Reporting

With qualitative market research it is usual to obtain large amounts of information. You'll find that our ability to interpret and analyse the data is second to none. We'll identify the major themes, their implications for your business so that you're best placed to make crucial business decisions.

Recruitment

Selecting the right people to interview!

Once we've identified the specific characteristics of the people to interview, we'll design a screening questionnaire to use when we recruit respondents.

Be they consumers, businesspeople or experts, we recruit people with specific product/category experience, special knowledge or experience, responsible for buying decisions, are a certain age, gender, job role, work for a company of a certain size, or located in a certain area.

Professionally recruited by our team of recruiters located nationwide, we also use our market research panel www.europinions.eu which has thousands of respondents we can choose from.

Moderation

For each project you'll need a skilled and experienced moderator who will understand the research brief and your objectives.

We think great preparation is key to the success of every project. Once we're armed with a good moderator guide and proper recruitment, we're relying on the moderator to do his/her best to get the information you need. We think good characteristics of a professional moderator are:
  • Someone who is well prepared
Importantly, they must be able to soon build rapport with respondents to encourage conversation and participation. They must be inquisitive and interested in what people have to say.

Some who can move through the session in a structured way, keeps time, allows relevant feedback but sticks to the game plan, asking general questions before specific, examines behaviour before asking attitude questions, and moves from positive to negative questioning. They need to be strong and be able to handle dominant respondents. Moving from open questions to probing and prompting they should try to anticipate follow-up questions.
